What are your payment terms?
1. Mould fee: 100% prepaid T/T.
2. Sample: 100% prepaid T/T.
3. Mass production: 10% advance payment, 80% mid-term payment, 10% final payment (after product quality meets standards)

Who is responsible for my project?
Each project is assigned a technical sales manager and a lead project engineer who will be involved from project start-up to part delivery.
What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
San Print does not have a minimum order quantity requirement. Our services can support you from one-off prototypes to medium and large-volume production.
How much import tax do I need to pay for my goods?
Import tariffs vary greatly from country to country, depending on the type of imported goods and national policies.
